Glidex Apps Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the Glidex mobile applications, website, or any services provided (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Glidex provides technology that connects:
Passengers with drivers for transportation services
Customers with couriers for parcel delivery
Glidex is not a transportation provider, logistics operator, or delivery company. All transportation and delivery services are performed by independent third-party contractors (Drivers or Couriers).
You may use the Platform only if you:
Are at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate, complete registration details
Drivers and couriers must also meet our vehicle and licensing requirements as set by local laws.
To use Glidex, you must register an account and provide:
A valid phone number and/or email
A strong password
Payment method (for users)
Valid ID, driver’s license, and vehicle documents (for drivers/couriers)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to pay all charges for trips or deliveries as calculated by the app.
Charges may include base fare, distance, time, surge pricing, and applicable taxes.
You receive payments after platform fees are deducted.
Payouts are made to your linked bank or wallet account.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. No cash handling is required unless otherwise specified.
Riders or customers may cancel bookings within a limited time window, subject to a cancellation fee.
Drivers may cancel rides if pickup is not possible due to unavailability or user misconduct.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Glidex reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
You agree not to:
Misuse the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Harm, threaten, or harass drivers, riders, or staff
Use fake identities or payment methods
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Platform
Carry illegal substances, weapons, or unlicensed goods
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Drivers/couriers must:
Follow all applicable traffic and delivery laws
Maintain a safe and clean vehicle
Treat users with respect
Deliver parcels responsibly and without tampering
Glidex may suspend or ban any driver or courier who violates these expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Glidex is not liable for the conduct of users, drivers, or couriers.
We do not guarantee availability of rides or delivery services at all times.
We are not responsible for delays, theft, damages, or personal injuries resulting from the use of our platform.
Use of our Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glidex, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from:
Your use of the Platform
Your breach of these Terms
Any third-party claim related to your content or conduct
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
Glidex may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or unsafe behavior
Abuse of the system or other users
You may also delete your account at any time.
